The refund shall be processed once we receive the goods in return. On receipt of the products, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and the amount shall be received in 3-20 business days in the wallet of Beautiful Bundles.

Step 1. Kindly wait for 20 business days after the refund is successfully processed . Normally, it will be received by you within 3-20 business days to your wallet with Beautiful Bundles.
You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed.
Refund shall always be made in full unless agreed otherwise.
However, in the below two scenarios, you may receive fewer funds compared with the original refund amount:
Scenario 1. The bank(s) charge a commission fee on our refund amount and Beautiful Bundles received a less amount.
Scenario 2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
Beautiful Bundles will only refund the amount to the wallet that can be used for future purchases with Beautiful Bundles.
All products under Accesories , shoes and Bags are not eligible for refunds, exchange and returns.
